- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 cups ripe mango, chopped
1- Put chopped mango pieces together in a heavy-broad-bottomed-pan (Kadai)
2- Add sugar3- Heat the mixture. Stir constantly, till moisture is evaporated completely and halwa becomes thick.4- Add ghee at the end and remove from heat.5- Allow to cool. Add grated coconut and/or pistachio nuts if you wish.6- Serve or store in a refrigerated environment. Mango Halwa is ready!
