Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cups ripe mango, chopped

Mango Halwa Step 11- Put chopped mango pieces together in a heavy-broad-bottomed-pan (Kadai)

Mango Halwa Step 22- Add sugarMango Halwa Step 33- Heat the mixture. Stir constantly, till moisture is evaporated completely and halwa becomes thick.Mango Halwa Step 44- Add ghee at the end and remove from heat.Mango Halwa Step 55- Allow to cool. Add grated coconut and/or pistachio nuts if you wish.Mango Halwa Step 66- Serve or store in a refrigerated environment. Mango Halwa is ready!
